Group Events

Elements Day Spa is the perfect destination for your group’s pampering escape! We welcome parties of all sizes, accommodating 5 to 20 guests depending on the day and availability. Our spa features two couples rooms, two private treatment rooms, and two facial rooms, plus convenient lockers and showers for all guests.

Located on the second floor of the Tahoe Lakeshore Lodge, you’ll have access to the lodge’s fantastic amenities during spa hours, including a private beach, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. The lodge, nestled right on Lake Tahoe’s shore, also offers easy access to lakeside strolls and picnics (just remember, no glass on the beach or at the amenities, please).

Inside the spa, you’ll find a comfortable sitting area and a cozy tea room (for 2) for a more private experience. Planning to bring your own refreshments? No problem! We have a mini-fridge available for your food and drinks—just let us know in advance.

Booking Your Group Event

To book your large party, please complete and email the Large Party Contract to Elements@tahoespa.info. Be sure to include your desired date, start and end times, all guests’ first and last names, requested services, and any provider gender preferences. While we always do our best to accommodate requests, we can’t guarantee a specific therapist or gender.

Once your contract is submitted, our receptionist will contact you for a credit card number to hold your appointments. Guests can still pay individually after their services. Please note that no adjustments can be made to the group’s schedule as your event date approaches.

We’d like to inform you that access to the complimentary pool and jacuzzi amenities is open to all spa guests.  However, please note that these amenities are not included in the pricing of spa services. We appreciate your understanding that discounts will not be offered based on their accessibility.  Thank you for your cooperation
